Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd., formerly the 4th Design Institute of Ministry of Chemical Industry， was founded in 1958, and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation under direct charge of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and is also a key science-and-technology enterprise in chemical industry.
Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. is an international engineering company capable of EPC contracting and management of construction projects. The company, one of the first engineering companies to be given Class AAA credit rating, has Class A qualification certificates in engineering design, engineering consultation, project supervision, project price consultation and environmental impact assessment for construction projects and it has the qualification to conduct engineering consultation, engineering design and project contracting for international projects.
